Last Updated: January 2026 | Visa Service Agreement
These terms apply when you use Trip2Go for visa assistance, document checking, appointment support, travel paperwork, or immigration-related consultation.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that Trip2Go provides administrative support and travel guidance only. Visa decisions remain entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa application centre.
Key Points
No visa guarantees
Trip2Go provides guidance and administration, but only the relevant authority can grant or refuse a visa.
Service fees are earned
Agency fees cover document review, advice, form preparation, and appointment work, not the final visa outcome.
Processing times vary
Embassy, consulate, visa centre, courier, and government delays are outside Trip2Go's control.
Applicant accuracy
Applicants must provide truthful, complete, and current information for all forms and supporting documents.
1 Scope of Visa Assistance
Trip2Go provides administrative and advisory assistance for travellers preparing visa or immigration-related applications.
- Document review: We can check documents against available consular requirements and advise on missing items.
- Form support: We may help complete application forms using information supplied by the applicant.
- Appointment assistance: Where available, we can help arrange appointments through authorised centres such as VFS, TLScontact, BLS, or equivalent providers.
- Travel paperwork: We can assist with itineraries, cover letters, hotel confirmations, and supporting travel documents when requested.
Trip2Go does not issue visas, work for embassies, influence consular decisions, or guarantee faster processing.
2 Agency Fees and Government Charges
Trip2Go agency fees compensate our team for professional time, document review, application preparation, appointment work, and consultation.
- Agency fees: Our fees are non-refundable once document review, form preparation, or appointment booking has started, including where a visa is refused.
- Embassy and portal fees: Government, consulate, visa centre, courier, biometric, and portal fees are separate charges and are non-refundable once paid.
- Fresh applications: Appeals, reapplications, or new submissions are treated as new work and may require new service fees.
3 Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and timing of all information and documents supplied to Trip2Go or a visa authority.
- Truthful information: Declare previous refusals, travel history, criminal matters, employment, finances, and personal details honestly.
- Valid documents: Check passport validity, blank pages, identity details, photographs, bank documents, employment letters, and invitation letters before submission.
- Deadlines: Provide requested documents promptly so appointments, courier timings, and submission dates are not missed.
4 Processing Times and Delays
Any processing timeframe discussed by Trip2Go is an estimate based on available guidance. Final timing is controlled by embassies, consulates, visa centres, courier providers, and government systems.
- Consular delays: Backlogs, extra checks, interviews, public holidays, technical issues, or document requests may extend the timeline.
- Courier delays: Passport return or document delivery delays caused by courier providers are outside Trip2Go's control.
- Travel purchases: We recommend avoiding non-refundable flights or hotels until your visa has been granted and your passport has been returned.
5 Visa Refusals
A visa decision is made only by the relevant authority. Refusal may occur even when documents appear complete and professional support has been provided.
- No approval guarantee: Trip2Go cannot guarantee approval, appointment availability, processing speed, or a particular visa duration.
- Fee position: Trip2Go fees remain payable because they cover work performed, not the embassy outcome.
- Next steps: A reapplication, review, appeal, or fresh appointment can be discussed separately and may involve additional charges.
6 Passports, Documents, and Liability
Trip2Go handles documents carefully while they are in our possession. However, documents may also be handled by visa centres, embassies, couriers, and other third parties.
- Third-party handling: Trip2Go is not liable for loss or damage caused by an embassy, visa centre, courier, government body, or other third party.
- Direct loss limit: If loss is caused by Trip2Go's direct proven negligence, our liability is limited to the reasonable replacement cost of the physical document.
- Consequential losses: Trip2Go is not responsible for missed trips, unused bookings, lost income, or indirect costs linked to visa delay or refusal.
